I picked up a tennis racket at 5, but it was the open road that truly called me. In 2021, while juggling a 9-5, I laced up my running shoes consistently and haven't looked back. I've lived the transformation from a 3:34 marathon in 2018 to an ever-improving 2:23 in 2023 – all whilst maintaining a full-time career in data analytics. My journey proves that with smart training, you don't need to choose between your day job and your running dreams.
