It showcases, even though I got sub 70 for the third time this year, and I'm still not content, had a very similar feeling when I could not beat 72 mins. From a 72 mins in 2022 to 68 mins in 2023 is a great jump. But hungry to do better than that as I want to be a lot happier or happy after races.
